February is that time of year that is dedicated to love. It evokes memories of joy or sadness and hope. To over come or attract love, here’s a simple method to help you change your out look and attract you with happiness and love into your life.

1. With the past, look what you learned and how it made you a better person. – If you can’t see that, there’s your homework!
2. Lose potential and expectations.
3. Take a good look at how to give and receive love in your life. What expectations do you put there?
4. Work on stopping that. Realize on both sides it’s being improved on what they said or what you had said yourself.
5. Try working on and become aware of the baggage, fear, insecurity and rejections.
6. Give it away with no strings attached. Let them do what they will.
7. Only then will relationships grown and be truly happy!

Communication is the biggest gift, not only can you receive for yourself but give to others and share.  That will start the domino effect that will start the pace for the rest of the year. Good Luck to you all!

Especially at this economical time. These times are crucial. Let them know, it will lift your heart and it will make you feel good.
